About the BKT Sex & God Digital Workshop
Rooted in Christian values, the BKT Sex & God Digital Workshop helps young people reflect on cultural, spiritual, and personal messages about sexuality—unlearning shame and building a healthier, more connected vision for the future. Through storytelling, metaphors, and guided discussions, participants explore sexuality as a garden that is formed by others, but ultimately theirs to tend. The workshop affirms that faith and sexuality aren’t in conflict but part of God’s good design. By the end, participants will feel more confident, equipped with tools for healthy relationships, and reminded they’re not alone in the journey.

Meet Your Presenters: Lauren and Georgia!
Lauren and Georgia are lifelong church kids with a shared passion for honest, faith-filled conversations about sex. With backgrounds in Christian education and youth ministry, they saw firsthand how poorly the Church talks about sexuality—and how much young people are missing out because of it. A chance Zoom call in 2020 revealed a shared dream, and Big Kids’ Table was born: a place to liberate, educate, and empower young people to see that they may have big questions, but God is bigger and belongs in these conversations!
